Private, Semi-Private & Intimate Group Coaching
Private 1/1 Coaching
Private training sessions provide an entirely one-on-one experience, allowing for the highest level of customization and focus.
Semi-Private Coaching
Semi-private sessions are performed in conjunction with other semi-private clients and are capped at 3 per class in order to maintain a highly curated, individualized training atmosphere at a fraction of the cost of private training sessions.
Small Group Coaching
Small group coaching combines the energy and support of training with others while still delivering a structured and focused approach to fitness. These sessions are designed for groups of 4–6 individuals, offering a dynamic and motivating environment that fosters accountability.
